Transaction Manager (DCM) – Investment Banking Switzerland

Your role

Would you like to be part of a successful, collaborative team? We are looking for a professional to join our DCM Transaction Management team in Switzerland. Do you want to play a key role in executing debt capital market transactions? In this position, you will:

• work in a highly professional and collaborative environment, taking responsibility for the documentation and execution of a wide range of debt capital market transactions

Your team

You will be part of the Transaction Management team. The team works closely with Legal and DCM origination specialists to deliver

Your expertise

You have:

• Experience in the banking industry
• a solid understanding of securities and
• a keen eye for detail, combined with
• a high degree of flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
• a collaborative mindset and strong technical skills
• Liquid in German and English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

You are:

• interested in transaction-oriented work
• able to manage and coordinate multiple transactions
• skilled at building and strengthening relationships
