Transaction Manager

Are you interested in entrepreneurs? Do you enjoy implementing strategic projects? Are you comfortable with numbers and able to explain complex topics to clients? We’re looking for someone like you who is motivated to:

• execute mergers and acquisitions (M&A) mandates for our clients (primarily SMEs based in French-speaking Switzerland)
• manage and oversee transactions from start to finish
• conduct financial analyses, evaluations, and modeling
• support marketing initiatives to facilitate the acquisition of new M&A mandates by preparing and presenting customized pitch documents
• Build a long-term network of clients and contacts in French-speaking Switzerland
• design and develop sales and presentation materials for clients
• search for, analyze, and contact potential buyers
• prepare and coordinate due diligence

Ce que nous souhaitons

We are looking for someone with:

• Academic background (preferably a master’s degree)
• Significant experience (7 years or more)
• Additional experience in finance
• A passion for acquiring new clients, including successful entrepreneurs and investment funds
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Team player and hard worker
• Excellent oral and written skills
