Transaction Manager

La fonction

• mettre en œuvre des mandats de mergers et acquisitions (M&A) pour nos clients (principalement des PME basées en Suisse romande)
• directing and managing transactions from initiation to conclusion
• réaliser des analyses financières, d'évaluations et de modélizations
• support marketing initiatives to facilitate the acquisition of new M&A mandates through the preparation and presentation of on-message pitch documents
• develop a network of clients and contacts in French-speaking Switzerland over the long term
• concevoir et élaborer la documentation de vente et de présentations pour les clients

Ce que nous souhaitons

• formation universitaire (idéalement)
• expérience significative (5 ans et plus)
• expérience additionnelle en finance
• passion pour l'acquisition de la nouvelle
• forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
• esprit d'équipe et capacité de travail sous pression avec des délais courts
• excellent niveau oral et écrit en français
