Transaction Manager

Your role

Are you interested in working in the dynamic field of debt capital markets? Do you enjoy managing multiple transactions and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Would you like to be part of a successful, collaborative team? We are looking for a professional to join our DCM Transaction Management team in Switzerland. Do you want to play a key role in executing debt capital market transactions? In this position, you will:

• work in a highly professional and collaborative environment, taking responsibility for documenting and executing a wide range of debt capital market transactions for domestic and international clients
• Provide technical and regulatory expertise and consulting services to internal stakeholders and external clients (issuers)
• work closely with issuers, internal and external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, clearing and settlement organizations, and origination teams
• coordinate all parties involved and manage tasks that arise throughout the entire lifecycle of a debt transaction

Your expertise

You have:

• Experience in the banking industry
• a solid understanding of securities and
• a keen eye for detail, combined with
• a high degree of flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
• a collaborative mindset and strong
• Liquid in German and English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
