Transaction & Regulatory Expert
As a Transaction & Regulatory Expert at ING in Luxembourg, you will coordinate customer onboarding processes and work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize the customer experience. You will be responsible for onboarding cases, proactively resolve issues, and contribute to process improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers and Product Specialists throughout the onboarding and client lifecycle process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client onboarding activities.
- Taking ownership of onboarding cases and seeing them through to completion.
- Anticipating problems and proactively finding solutions.
- We are constantly looking for ways to streamline processes and improve the client experience.
- Collaborating effectively across functions and regions.
You also bring
- You build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders and play a key role in enhancing the client experience, reducing onboarding lead times, and supporting business growth.
- You will work in a dynamic international environment and collaborate with teams across Wholesale Banking Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Product and Service departments.
