Transformational Change Management Specialist (Full-Time) (f/m/d)

Your challenge

Your responsibilities include:
  • Lead and/or support comprehensive behavioral change initiatives for key bank-wide initiatives, such as the adoption of AI, changes in operating models, or other strategic change initiatives, to ensure that they align with strategic priorities and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with project managers, senior stakeholders, and frontline teams to design and implement tailored change plans that address adoption barriers, points of resistance, and user needs
  • Development of effective change management materials, including communication materials, training resources, presentations, tools, and workshops tailored to various target audiences and levels of the organization
  • Effectively present and communicate key bank-wide initiatives to various stakeholders in the front, middle, and back offices to ensure clear and effective communication that is tailored to the priorities of the target audience
  • Coordinate cross-functional change initiatives across HR, Learning & Development, Technology, Communications, and business units to ensure consistent, timely, and effective execution
  • Tracking readiness for change, adoption progress, user behavior, and behavioral outcomes using data-driven insights, dashboards, and feedback loops
  • Serve as the central point of contact during critical phases of transformation to manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and maintain momentum across various target groups
  • Supporting the ongoing development of TCM practice by sharing methods, templates, best practices, and insights from various initiatives

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:
  • Professional experience in organizational change, business transformation, learning and development, internal communications, HR business partnership, or a related field
  • A proven ability to support or lead behavioral change initiatives that promote adoption, reduce resistance, and embed new ways of working
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, exert influence across organizational levels, and navigate complex matrix organizations
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex transformation topics into clear, engaging, and actionable messages
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using feedback, adoption metrics, or readiness assessments to inform change initiatives and measure their impact
  • A structured, proactive, and results-oriented work style, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced transformation environment
  • A collaborative team player with strong empathy, curiosity, resilience, and a genuine passion for people-centered transformation
  • Fluency in English; German or other languages are a plus
