Tasks

• Design, development and testing of software modules to ensure optimal functionality and integration within complex systems
• Investigating and solving production problems to maintain a stable production environment
• Weighing up functional and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, etc.)

Client/stakeholder management (internal & external)

• Stakeholder management: close collaboration with TSO, Business Engineers, Production Support Team and Project Managers to control and manage IT deliveries
• Analysis of requirements, estimation of effort, planning of time periods, measurement of progress
• Ensuring awareness, involvement and support from key stakeholders and participants by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication on project status throughout its lifecycle
• Managing and reviewing technical and architectural designs, enforcing architectural guidelines and challenging the status quo

Regulatory responsibilities & OR risk management

• Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviors, including but not limited to standards of honesty and integrity, care and diligence, fair treatment (fair treatment of clients), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous professional development, appropriate risk management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Taking responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and closely managed, and getting all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality

Requirements

Professional/technical skills

• Collaboration in a cross-functional team using agile methods as part of a DevOps-centric model
• Independent and structured way of working with minimal supervision; ability to work independently with colleagues from different departments

Technical requirements

Must have:

• 10 years of experience with Triple'A plus technologies and platforms
• Domain knowledge in wealth management products and offerings
• In-depth understanding of deliveries such as order management, items and service calculations
• Good functional understanding of the business flow between TAP and T4
• Strong practical experience with shell scripting, PL/SQL and TAP scripting
• Strong understanding and experience with agile development and DevOps

At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing a team of at least 3-5 developers
