Trust Administrator

Tasks

• Mentoring other members of the fiduciary team, including training, problem solving, and reviewing fiduciary reports
• Support for the trust manager as needed
• Administration of trusts, including close collaboration with colleagues across all departments
• Customer support (trust/investment/wealth): Acting as an interface between internal customers, key relationships in the private banking division, and external customers, as well as selected external service providers
• Provision of high-quality trust and corporate services for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
• Collaborate with the Wealth Planning Advisory team to process new business inquiries from potential internal and external clients and professional intermediaries.
• Interacting with colleagues to promote high morale and a good team focus
• Flexible working with colleagues within the group
• Creation of customized structures (wealth planning), including participation in internal and external client meetings, management and supervision of professional advisors, and general supervision of the case
• Identifying and managing situations that pose a fiduciary risk, using technical knowledge and exercising sound judgment

Requirements

• Professional qualifications or relevant industry experience
• Ideally, 7 years or more of experience in wealth management
• Extensive knowledge and experience in trust and company administration, tax and inheritance planning, financial planning, accounting, and investments
• Consistently demonstrating commitment to and full understanding of professional, ethical, and regulatory requirements
