• Analyze, structure, and challenge business requirements
• Create user stories, process models, and business solution concepts
• Designing end-to-end processes with business owners and engineering teams
• Collaborate on agile boards and support refinements, sprint planning, and reviews
• Support Testing, UAT, and Go-Lives

Skills and Experience

• Several years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
• in-depth knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and requirements gathering
• Experience with agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• proficient in requirements analysis (e.g., user stories, use cases)
• Ability to communicate complex technical processes in a way that is easy to understand
• A team player who enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent German and good English skills
• Ideally, experience in the field of payment transactions
