UBS Card Center – Card Payments Specialist with API Knowledge, 80–100% (m/f/d)
UBS is seeking a Card Payments Specialist with API expertise for its Card Center in Glattbrugg, who will be responsible for the product vision, strategy, and product backlog as part of an agile team. The position requires a college degree as well as experience in agile project management methods and customer-centric solution development.
Tasks
- Responsibility for the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements of customer solutions—aligned with customer needs, business objectives, technological capabilities, and regulatory requirements.
- End-to-end responsibility for the product backlog: gathering requirements, prioritizing them, and translating them into user stories with acceptance criteria—with a focus on customer experience, business impact, and compliance.
- Member of the agile team
Your profile
- Completion of a college or university degree program, ideally with practical experience in agile project management methods
- Strong, agile, and conceptual mindset
- Experience in developing and implementing visions and strategies focused on customer benefits and value creation
