Tasks

• Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of risk processes and frameworks
• Development and refinement of policies and guidelines in collaboration with the department and management
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external risk standards as well as regulatory requirements
• Identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational risks in existing and new business activities, including support with vendor assessments

Team

• Working as part of a team of six risk experts
• Supporting operational activities and managing operational risks at the UBS Card Center
• The team is part of the municipal agency
• Opportunity to get involved in various project groups

Skills and Experience

• A successfully completed degree (equivalent degrees and relevant experience may be accepted in exceptional cases)
• Technical background or strong IT skills
• Experience in IT or business risk management
• Interest in risk-related issues, a strong willingness to learn, and flexibility
• Knowledge of IT components (development, operations, security) or a willingness to learn about them
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
