UBS Card Center - Risk Specialist, Operational & IT Risk, 80–100%

Tasks

• Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of risk processes, risk policies, and control systems for the company-wide risk control framework
• Development and refinement of policies and guidelines in collaboration with the departments
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external risk requirements and regulatory guidelines
• Design and oversight of risk reports to management and regulatory authorities as part of the reporting process

Requirements

• A successfully completed degree with a strong focus on business, law, the natural sciences, or a technical background; or extensive practical experience
• Experience in IT or business risk management
• Interest in risk-related issues; a strong willingness to learn
• Knowledge of core IT processes (development, operations, security) or a willingness to learn them
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Analytical and conceptual strength
• Ability to explain complex topics in short sections
• Ability to learn the ropes quickly
• Experience in the credit card industry is a plus
• Exceptional strength, as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
