UBS Card Center - Senior Hardware Security Module Engineer 80–100%
As a Senior Hardware Security Module Engineer at UBS Card Center AG in Glattbrugg, you will lead the architecture and optimization of the HSM environment in compliance with the highest security standards. The position requires in-depth technical knowledge of HSM products and network technologies and offers the opportunity to work on the further development of the security landscape as part of a dynamic IT team.
Tasks
- Lead the architecture, engineering, and continuous optimization of our diverse HSM environment while ensuring full compliance with security and compliance standards
- Automation of the HSM environment and optimization of configurations and related processes to meet demanding SLAs
- Monitoring current trends and technologies in the field of security
- Problem Analysis, Incident Resolution
- Participation in an on-call rotation
- Handling selected network-related technical and project management tasks
Requirements
- A college degree or equivalent education in computer science or a related field
- Several years of experience in planning and managing complex projects
- Solid technical experience with the following products: Thales Luna, SafeNet, CyberArk, Thales payShield, TM Provence 209, Azure Key, and Monitoring
- Willingness to continue learning and take on challenges in a demanding IT environment
- Strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and excellent communication skills
- Business-level proficiency in German and English
Advantages
- Experience with network technologies such as firewalls (Fortigate), load balancing (F5 Technologies), and switching/routing (Cisco/Arista) is a plus
- Experience as a Product Owner or in requirements management, ideally with knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFE), is a plus
