The role

• Analysis & Prevention: You monitor our fraud prevention system and handle suspicious transactions accurately and efficiently. • Customer Contact: In cases of suspicion, you will contact our customers by phone to clarify the situation. • Multilingual Communication: You will conduct professional conversations in German, French, and English—Italian is a plus. • Advice & Security: You will inform customers about card security and fraud prevention and help prevent misuse.
