The Swiss National Bank is looking for a UC System Engineer (80-100%) for the further development, maintenance, and second-level support of communication services and end-user applications. About the job

The Unified Communications team in the Electronic Workplace unit is responsible for the further development, maintenance, and second-level support of the various communication services and end-user applications in use. You can expect a responsible, varied, and challenging role.

Your contribution

- Technical responsibility for individual services and applications provided by the Unified Communications team - Collaboration in the further development, maintenance, and operation of messaging and unified communications platforms as well as production systems, which are primarily based on Microsoft technologies - Project management of smaller IT projects for the maintenance of existing systems or introduction of new solutions - Project collaboration in various IT projects - Second-level support with on-call duty

Your knowledge and experience

- You have completed a degree in computer science or further training as an ICT Platform Development Specialist with a federal certificate, or similar. - Experience in the operation and maintenance of communication infrastructures and services (Microsoft Exchange, Secure Email, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Cisco Telepresence, Mobile Device Management). - Experience in planning, designing, integrating, and managing solutions as a systems engineer - Experience as a project manager for smaller IT projects is an advantage - You have analytical and conceptual skills, work independently and in a structured manner, show initiative, and have an understanding of IT systems - You can communicate in German both verbally and in writing and have a good command of English
