As an independent central bank, the Swiss National Bank (SNB) conducts monetary policy in the interests of the country as a whole. The Unified Communications team in the Electronic Workplace unit is responsible for the further development, maintenance, and second-level support of the various communication services and end-user applications in use.Your contribution
Your responsibilities include:- Technical responsibility for individual services and applications provided by the Unified Communications team
- Collaboration in the further development, maintenance, and operation of messaging and unified communications platforms, as well as product development, which is primarily based on Microsoft technologies
- Project management of smaller IT projects for the maintenance of existing systems or introduction of new solutions
- Project work in various IT projects
- Second-level support with priority service
Your knowledge and experience
You should have the following qualifications and experience:- A completed degree in computer science or further training as an ICT Platform Development Specialist with a federal certificate, or similar.
- Experience in operating and maintaining communications infrastructure and services (Microsoft Exchange, Secure Email, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Cisco Telepresence, Mobile Device Management)
- Experience in planning, designing, integrating, and managing solutions as a systems engineer
- Experience as a project manager for smaller IT projects is an advantage
- Analytical and conceptual skills, independent and structured approach to work, initiative, and understanding of IT systems
- You can communicate in German both verbally and in writing and have a good command of English.
