- Technical responsibility for individual services and applications provided by the Unified Communications team - Collaboration in the further development, maintenance, and operation of messaging and unified communications platforms as well as production environments, which are primarily based on Microsoft technologies - Project management of smaller IT projects for the maintenance of existing systems or the introduction of new solutions - Project collaboration in various IT projects - Second-level support with ticket serviceYour knowledge and experience
- You have completed a degree in computer science or further training as an ICT Platform Development Specialist with a federal certificate, or similar. - Experience in the operation and maintenance of communication infrastructure and services (Microsoft Exchange, Secure Email, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Cisco Telepresence, Mobile Device Management). - Experience in planning, designing, integrating, and managing solutions as a systems engineer - Experience as a project manager for smaller IT projects is an advantage - You have analytical and conceptual skills, work independently and in a structured manner, show initiative, and have a sense of responsibility - You can communicate in German both verbally and in writing and have a good command of EnglishOur offer
