Posting Title: UI/UX Designer (80-100%)

Location City: Zurich

Tasks

• Design intuitive experiences for complex web systems and data-oriented solutions
• Translate business requirements into user stories, flows and actionable design deliverables
• Independently manage medium-sized design projects from concept to delivery
• Working with cross-product journeys and ensuring consistency across multiple touchpoints
• Use metrics, analytics and A/B testing to validate and refine design decisions
• Ensure pixel-perfect, detail-oriented visual execution with strong aesthetic quality
• Track and apply the latest UI trends, motion design and micro-interaction patterns
• Collaborate with agile practices (e.g. Scrum), actively participate in refinement and sprint planning
• Maintain and further develop a scalable, modern design system
• Use AI tools to accelerate idea generation, prototyping and validation

Requirements

Ideal candidate

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX or product designer with web and mobile applications
• Portfolio that demonstrates both visual design strength and systemic UX thinking
• Excellent knowledge of Figma and other prototyping/design tools
• Experience with cross-product journeys and complex digital ecosystems
• Strong ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable design solutions
• Experience with Scrum or other agile practices
• Ability to take independent responsibility for projects (and/or initiatives)
• Knowledge of data-driven design, analytics dashboards and user metrics
• Keen eye for detail, typography and composition; strong aesthetic senses
• Proactive, structured, business-oriented with a "can-do" mentality
• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Background in fintech, blockchain or related industries such as banking
• Experience with motion design, microinteractions, generative AI
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and best practices for responsive design
