UK Product Manager (m/f/d)

The UK Product Manager is responsible for developing and managing products and services at Julius Baer International and works closely with various stakeholders to understand client needs and tailor products accordingly. The role requires excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job description

The UK Product Management and Development Team is responsible for the product development and ongoing management of Julius Baer International (JBI) products and services. This role reports to the UK Head of Product Management and Development and is part of a collaborative and dynamic team focused on designing and delivering a differentiated offering for JBI clients.

Tasks

The tasks include:
  • Develop and implement the local range of offerings through engagement with all key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that new products are delivered in accordance with the requirements of Julius Baer Risk, Compliance, and the FCA, as well as the UK product governance framework and regulatory expectations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from relationship managers and collaborate with Head Office and local product owners, as well as colleagues in Legal and Compliance, to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
  • Provide support for the implementation of the PAC, LCM, and PRP, and ensure that the documentation and auditability of the governance process are accurate.
  • Be responsible for product governance action plans and collaborate with action owners across the company to develop solutions and ensure that actions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Participate in change management projects as needed that affect products and services.
