Tasks

• Optimizing, reviewing, and maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring that data entry remains accurate and up-to-date
• Coordinating customer order workflows, updating reference documentation, and providing support
• Closer collaboration with our clients' RPO and outsourced operations (RM) teams
• Fulfilling customer requirements in the area of customer service, such as onboarding, scheduling appointments, compliance, and other compliance-related matters
• Management and execution of customer reporting processes, such as reports and compliance reports
• Improving the consistency of all customer and client-related reports
• Tracking the status of all customer account collections, including follow-ups and escalations
