University Graduate – AI Transformation Specialist 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Join the AI Office as part of the COO Digital Business Transformation unit, which plays a key role in accelerating the bank's AI transformation
• Work closely with stakeholders across functions, regions, and business units to develop highly effective AI initiatives and opportunities and drive their successful implementation and value creation
• Help Shape Strategic Priorities and Influence the AI Roadmap
• Ensuring Acceptance and Measuring Results
• Working at the intersection of innovation, business, and change
• Analyze end-to-end customer and business processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements and increased efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign end-to-end journeys, challenge assumptions, develop compelling value-creation hypotheses, and ensure readiness for implementation
• Support the successful implementation of prioritized AI use cases and ensure that business results are delivered

Requirements

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in business, economics, technology, data science, or another relevant field (degree must have been earned no more than 6 months ago)
• Initial practical experience in the banking or financial services sector
• A passion for wealth management and the desire to create value beyond mere assets
• A global perspective, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to learn
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
