Tasks

• Provide first-class customer service to external and internal clients and contribute to wealth management and the investment process in accordance with client objectives
• Managing and developing customer relationships in day-to-day operations, while acting as an extension and support for your team
• Support and active assistance for private clients via telephone and in-person meetings
• Identifying, organizing, and interpreting market trends and topics, and preparing presentations on them for clients and team members
• Supporting the FX desk with trade execution, coordinating client order flow, conducting market analysis, and preparing activity reports
• Identifying market opportunities and implementing new investment ideas for internal and external clients
• Valuation and Execution of OTC and Structured Options on Currencies and Precious Metals
• Collecting and filtering relevant market news and disseminating it in a customer-friendly manner
• Participation in desk meetings and conference calls to promote OTC and structured products
• Assistance in creating regular marketing materials for investment ideas
• Handling day-to-day operations: posting trades, providing after-sales service, and managing Filcoya
• Build relationships with relationship managers and investment advisors to understand their clients' FX and precious metals needs and find ways to provide solutions / drive business

Requirements

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades, primarily in finance or economics (degree must have been earned no more than 12 months ago)
• Initial practical experience in the banking industry, at a brokerage firm, or in the investment fund industry
