Tasks

• As part of the Binoculars Master's in Business and Staff Management program, join the innovation team and work as a Business Management Project Leader at Gursney.
• The Binoculars Management Team will later support the private banking teams with project management.
• The team is responsible for supporting Gursney's vitality.
• Capitalization and modification of the design and variety of payment solutions to ensure strategic alignment across the organization and at the group level.
• Work on the Business Management Team with a focus on project management and business analysis.
• Close collaboration with various functions, including Capital Markets, Private Banking, and DACH.
• Delivering turnkey solutions and supporting strategic direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Senior management information, dashboards, and data room insights to support decision-making.
• Preparation of deal data and automated analyses.
• Support in tracking and analyzing master plans (macro-regional strategy adoption and business units).
• Proactive contribution to process transformations and strategic changes in various areas—through case-based experiments.
• Integrated Product Development, Research and Innovation, Business Partnering.
• Senior Analytics and Volume Office Support.
• Project management and coordination of multiple activities with schedules.

Requirements

• A systematic understanding of banking, the private sector, and business wealth.
• Previous academic experience in business management, strategic management, business management, operations, and related fields.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multilateral teams across the entire organization.
• Proactive and ambitious, self-motivated and driven, with strong management skills.
• Skills in management, business analytics, reporting tools, process management, and project or program management.
• An understanding of how strong opinions can be translated into measurable business results.
• A passion for behavioral requirements and commercial mindsets.
• Candidate management skills; the ability to consistently follow up with senior stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to build effective relationships aimed at effective delegation and proper fulfillment of responsibilities.
• Ability to serve as an effective liaison with other groups/parties and to form effective alliances.
• Extensive experience in analyzing data to support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent and strategic self-learning skills, with a strong appreciation for independence.
• A degree in law or a master's degree in business, MPA, or Laws STEM, which certifies a consistent Master's Data.
• In this regard, English is a must.
• Excellent skills and business experience, as well as an open and curious mind.
• A passion for strategic and analytical skills, technology trends, and business processes.
• A solid understanding of management's business principles. The ability to evaluate and utilize performance management frameworks.
