About the role

As part of Western Markets & Switzerland/Chief of Staff, you will join the Chief of Staff / Business Partner, Iberia, Monaco, Europe Int.L UX team. This team plays a key role in supporting the Private Banking Front Office through project management, financial analysis, and in-depth risk and strategy analyses.

Your tasks

• Take on a challenging and meaningful role within the Market Area Business Management Team, supporting the Front as a Business Manager
• Carrying out defined management routines and ad hoc projects in collaboration with the local Head Office Business Support management, the Compliance Officer, and other internal partners such as Risk Management, Compliance, and Finance
• Monitoring and managing the financial performance of the market areas against financial plans and forecasts, as well as proactively contributing to the strategic management of your market area by ensuring the quality of reporting relevant to day-to-day operations (e.g., income statements and other financial data, balance sheet trends, NPLs, liquidity, and capital), as well as in the preparation of strategy documents, town hall meetings, management committee sessions, and the analysis of legal entity financials
• Managing and coordinating risk management issues across the entire market area, supporting bottom-up initiatives from a risk perspective, and ensuring that deadlines are met at all levels
• Enabling MA Heads to manage the customer relationship network efficiently and successfully, and serving as a sounding board for Market Area Heads on operational matters
• Support for the MA's communication strategy and newsletters

Your profile

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences (degree must have been awarded no more than 12 months prior to the start of the program)
