Job description

Tasks

• Support in preparing analyses and meeting materials for the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and senior management
• Conducting financial and business analysis to identify trends, assess risks, and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions
• Developing initiatives for continuous business process improvement, including improving reports, creating dashboards, and simplifying processes
• Contribution to various ad hoc projects and analytical tasks
• Coordinating access to internal and external stakeholders for business outcomes
• Support in managing recurring/control tasks, e.g., coordinating budget forecast updates and updating policy documentation
• Organization and coordination of meetings, conferences, town hall meetings, etc.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in a relevant subject (e.g., economics, business administration, or similar)
• Fluent English, knowledge of German and/or other languages is an advantage
• Permission to work in the country where you are applying for the job
