University Graduate – Chief of Staff, Western Markets & Switzerland Region, full-time (f/m/d)

Tasks

As part of the Chief of Staff team in the Western Markets & Switzerland region, you will support strategic initiatives and projects, coordinate and collaborate with teams and functions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support for strategic initiatives and projects, coordination and collaboration across teams and functions
• Conducting and/or coordinating quantitative and qualitative analyses as a basis for decision-making for projects, performance reviews, scorecard processes, and/or ad hoc requests
• Creation and maintenance of KPIs/reporting frameworks across regional growth disciplines in order to address these with line management and track the defined measures (NNM of share-of-wallet, new customers, etc.)
• Preparation of presentations, concepts, and white papers for internal and external committees
• Responsibility for communicating relevant information and measures to frontline employees in the region, including monitoring and tracking agreed measures
• Collaboration and support for projects run by our regional marketing teams

Requirements

The position is designed as a university graduate position, ideally for graduates with a master's degree or those who are about to graduate.
