Your challenge

During the program, you will: - Learn how to scale customer experience (CX) in a structured and sustainable way—beyond one-off design thinking workshops - Understand how to transform a fragmented legacy tool landscape into a unified and seamless digital work platform - Get to know our front-end team through a rotation as part of your graduate program - Discover how hands-on business transformation works and help establish a journey-based way of working within Digital Delivery and beyond - Work closely with UX/UI designers by preparing well-researched as-is journeys and developing clear guidelines for to-be journeys - Collaborate with product designers and similar roles to support better user flows in digital products - Collaborate with CX strategists and CX analysts who will coach you on mapping journeys, identifying insights and opportunities, and linking these to implementation in Jira - Gain hands-on experience with a dedicated journey management platform and learn how to use it effectively in your daily work - Be part of a larger unit that shapes and drives the strategy for comprehensive Digital Delivery

Requirements

- Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Service Design, Customer Experience Design Management, Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field (degree must have been awarded within the last 12 months) - Initial practical experience in applied CX or Service Design within a larger organization—ideally working end-to-end, combining research and insights into clear, actionable future journeys - Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth - A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong willingness to learn - Fluency in English is required; fluency in German is a plus - Authorization to work in the country for which you are applying
