Tasks

As part of the Global Compliance function, you will join the Employee Related Conflicts Team, which plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of the bank by identifying, assessing, and mitigating employee-related conflicts of interest and behavioral risks. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing employee inquiries and concerns regarding secondary employment, gifts, and entertainment
• Review of personal employee trading activities and securities holdings
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards
• Close collaboration with various internal stakeholders, including compliance colleagues, HR, markets, legal, and the first branch office
• Contribute to maintaining trust, fairness, and cooperation throughout the organization by proactively addressing employee-related compliance concerns.

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in business administration, finance, risk management, compliance, or computer science/information systems (max. 12 months old)
• Initial practical experience in financial services or regulatory/compliance projects, as well as with process optimization, control frameworks, data analysis, or digital transformation initiatives
• A passion for asset management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to learn
• Fluent English, with additional languages a plus
• Permission to work in the country you are applying for
