Tasks

During the program, you will:

• Work with executives, product specialists, and functional teams within the bank to support the planning and coordination of regional business development initiatives.
• Contribute to data analysis, report compilation, and presentation development for regional management and managing directors in order to translate business results into clear, actionable insights.
• Support the implementation of regional and global initiatives by coordinating action plans, monitoring progress, and tracking key results with stakeholders.
• Assist in fulfilling regular and ad hoc business requests from regional management, business units, and functional partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of required information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in relevant subject areas (degree max. 12 months old).
• Initial practical experience in the banking, finance, asset management, or consulting industry.
