During the program, you will:- Work with executives, product experts, and functional teams within the bank to support the planning and coordination of regional business development initiatives.
- Contribute to data analysis, report compilation, and presentation development for regional executives and managing directors to translate business results into clear, actionable insights.
- Support the implementation of regional and global initiatives by coordinating action plans, monitoring progress, and tracking key results with stakeholders.
- Assist in fulfilling regular and ad hoc business requests from regional executives, business units, and functional partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of required information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in relevant subjects (degree max. 12 months old).
- Initial practical experience in the banking, finance, asset management, or consulting industry.
