University Graduate – Global Network Management Specialist 100% (m/d)
Julius Baer is seeking a university graduate to join its Graduate Program in Zurich starting in April 2027 as a Global Network Management Specialist to manage and develop strategies for correspondent banking relationships. The role involves actively managing service delivery, negotiating fees, and optimizing custody and payment processes within the global network.
Tasks
- Assumed a key role in the active management of agent-bank relationships, conducting regular service meetings, service reviews, and call diligence, as well as actively monitoring and managing service delivery for Bank Julius Baer
- Support in negotiating and managing fees, ensuring an understanding of costs and their trends, and generating and implementing ideas for cost optimization
- Developing oversight of contracts, negotiations, and the documentation required for these relationships
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement continuous process optimizations from front to back across the entire network
- Develop an understanding of market and agent deployments, trends, and opportunities for Bank Julius Baer, and share this information with stakeholders
- Gain an understanding of custody rules and develop a strong ability to apply this knowledge to provide internal advice and consultation in support of business and client needs
- Work as part of a team to support colleagues with market-related tasks and other tasks as needed
- Taking the necessary steps in collaboration with internal and external colleagues to resolve identified issues and ensure compliance with market standards
