University Graduate - Group Communications 100% (f/m/d)
Julius Baer is seeking a recent college graduate for its 2027 Graduate Program in Zurich to join the Group Communications team, where the candidate will create content for internal and external audiences and evaluate AI tools to improve efficiency.
Tasks
- Creating and editing effective content for internal colleagues as well as for directly addressing external target audiences (customers, investors, the media, etc.)
- Evaluation of AI tools that can be integrated to improve the efficiency and consistency of the messages conveyed
- Support for team projects aimed at continuously improving communication content and methods
- Assistance in integrating an international perspective into all activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with a focus on journalism, communication, or business administration (degree to be completed by early 2027)
- Initial practical experience in a business setting
- Strong writing skills
- Familiarity with AI platforms, digital communication, and social media skills
- Project management experience is a plus
