University Graduate – Group Performance Manager 100% (f/m/d)

Job description

As part of the CFO unit, you will join the Group Performance Management team, which plays a key role in the bank's integrated financial management. We drive the entire financial planning process and define our capital market strategy. We connect stakeholders both within and outside the finance function and promote cross-functional collaboration on strategic financial issues.

Tasks

• Gain broad exposure to the financial organization and operating model of a private bank (front to back)
• Support in the development and maintenance of integrated planning models across profit & loss, balance sheet, and capital dimensions
• Conducting simulations and scenarios to support our capital market strategy and regular planning operations
• Gain deep insights into financial management frameworks and incentive structures
• Contribution to strategic and organizational initiatives and projects
• Enhancement of financial analytics to support management decisions
• Preparation of frequent presentations for senior management

Requirements

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades, ideally in finance, economics, or business administration (degree max. 12 months old)
• Leadership qualities and strong social skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent English; German and other languages are a plus
• Permission to work in the country where you are applying for the position
