As part of the CFO unit, you will join the Group Performance Management team, which plays a key role in the bank's integrated financial management. We drive the entire financial planning process and the definition of our group-wide financial management and governance concepts, and actively support the definition of our capital market strategy. We connect stakeholders both within and outside the finance function and promote collaboration between different functions on strategic financial issues.Your challenge
- Broad exposure to the financial organization and operating model of a private bank (from front to back office)
- Support in the development and operation of integrated planning models across profit & loss, balance sheet, and capital dimensions
- Conducting simulations and scenarios to support our capital market strategy and regular planning operations
- Deep insights into financial management frameworks and incentive structures
- Contribution to strategic and organizational initiatives and projects
- Enhancing financial analysis to support management decisions
- Preparation of frequent presentations for senior management
Your profile
- Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades, ideally in finance, economics, or business administration (degree max. 12 months old)
- Leadership qualities and strong social skills
- Fluent English; German and other languages are a plus
- Work authorization in the country where you are applying for the position
