Tasks

As part of the Group Strategy team, you will support the Group CEO and the Executive Board in strategic matters and play a key role in shaping the future of the company. The team's responsibilities include defining the Group Strategy, managing the strategic cycle, and supporting the Group CEO and the Executive Board in strategic projects.

Your challenges

• Drive group-wide strategic initiatives by conducting in-depth analyses, synthesizing key insights, and creating high-quality presentations for senior management.
• Promote the implementation of the group-wide strategic roadmap by coordinating strategic initiatives and programs and ensuring that they are aligned across business units.
• Prepare senior executives for important meetings and milestones, including strategy offsites and annual and semi-annual results, through well-structured briefing materials, strategic documents, and executive-level presentations.
• Contribute to the strategic cycle by performing various ad hoc tasks, including strategy communication, organizational issues, and strategic support.

Your profile

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in corporate strategy, finance, and structural problem solving (degree max. 12 months old)
• First practical experience in consulting
• Passion for wealth management and the desire to create value beyond wealth
