University Graduate – Group Treasury 100% (f/m/d) We are looking for a committed and ambitious graduate who has completed their studies in a finance-related subject such as finance, banking, or economics. As a member of our treasury team, you will play an important role in managing the bank's assets and helping to ensure that the bank always has enough money to function smoothly.Tasks
- Support in managing the Group's fixed income investment portfolio
- Daily cash management and execution of customer money market deposits
- Insight into capital and liquidity planning
- Collect data for strategy presentation slides
- Advice and support from relationship managers
- Familiarity with the internal risk framework and external regulatory requirements, and learning how to use various types of financial products (bonds, foreign exchange, money market, and derivatives) to manage the balance sheet
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a finance-related subject such as finance, banking, or economics (up to 3 years after graduation)
- An analytical mind and a keen eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and present oneself confidently
