Job description

University Graduate – Group Treasury 100% (f/m/d) We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious graduate who has completed a degree in a finance-related field such as finance, banking, or economics. As a University Graduate on the Group Treasury team, you will play a key role in managing the bank’s assets and help ensure that the bank always has enough funds to operate smoothly.

Tasks

As a university graduate on the Group Treasury team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Support in managing the Group's fixed income investment portfolio
• Daily cash management tasks and processing of client money market deposits
• Insight into capital and liquidity planning
• Collect data for strategy presentation slides
• Support and guidance for relationship managers
• Familiarity with the internal risk framework and external regulatory requirements, and learning how to use various types of financial products (bonds, foreign exchange, money market, and derivatives) to manage the balance sheet

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a finance-related field such as finance, banking, or economics (up to 3 years after graduation)
• Analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and present oneself confidently
