As part of Swiss Institutional Structured Product Sales, you will join our Zurich or Geneva-based team, which plays a key role in distributing innovative structured products to our Swiss and international institutional clients.

Your challenge

• Learn about structured products, their pricing, documentation, and all aspects of the life cycle of this product category.
• Work side by side with experienced sales staff and learn how personal relationships and technical innovations are linked in the modern sales strategy for financial products.
• Interact daily with stakeholders along the value chain, from trading to legal, from compliance to middle and back office functions.

Your profile

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in banking and finance (degree obtained no more than 12 months ago)
• Initial practical experience in banking, ideally in sales
• Passion for wealth management and the desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to learn
• Fluent English and German or French, with additional languages a plus
