Tasks

• Administrative Support: Reporting on the fund market; reviewing reports (compliance requirements and status).
• Weekly collection of daily data from information sources and customers using official forms (e.g., position reports, inventory reports, etc.).
• General Accounting: Ensuring the continuous processing of fund settlements. This includes preparing reports and reviewing the results. The draft comments are based on the defined fund positions (accounting).
• Accounting: Review and approval of the fund's invoices.
• Preparation of reports based on the assigned regulatory reporting workflow.
• Development and optimization of financial reporting management, taking regulatory changes into account.
• Managing clients and professional teams, facilitating and tracking market processes and projects.

Requirements

• A passion for wealth management and a desire to establish a market presence.
• A critical stance toward conventional methods, while simultaneously seeking out learning opportunities.
• Fluency in English and German. Business-level Mandarin would be an asset in assisting Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the financial markets and financial products.
• A degree in investment management and/or financial management with proven experience in investment management.
