Your challenge

• Development and maintenance of software modules using best practices in code and design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and consistency in development
• Conducting tests and troubleshooting to support robust and integrated systems
• Contribution to agile processes and the continuous improvement of software delivery practices
• Assisting with the design of our digital services and tools and proactively collaborating with colleagues in the offices

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree from a university of applied sciences with above-average grades in software/technology (degree must have been earned no more than 12 months ago)
• Initial hands-on experience in the field of software and technology
• A passion for wealth management and the desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to learn
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish and German is a plus
• Work authorization in the country where you are applying
