Your challenge

During the program, you will:

• Develop and maintain software modules using best practices in coding and design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and consistency in development
• Perform testing and troubleshooting to support robust and integrated systems
• Contribute to agile processes and the continuous improvement of software delivery practices

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree from a university of applied sciences with above-average grades in software/technology (degree max. 12 months old)
• Initial practical experience in software and technology
• Passion for wealth management and the desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to learn
• Fluent English, with additional languages such as Spanish and German as a plus
• Permission to work in the country you are applying for
