University Graduate – Junior Product Owner 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

As a Junior Product Owner, you will take on the following tasks:

• 1-on-1 course on private banking business and the platforms and processes used in business operations
• Hands-on experience across the entire product/project development lifecycle, working closely with experienced product owners, stakeholders, and agile delivery teams
• Participation in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Supporting the product owner with important initiatives, communication, and report management
• Translation of business requirements into clear user stories, definition of acceptance criteria, and promotion of timely delivery of changes
• Tracking progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues when necessary
• Coordination of important initiatives in the area of platforms and projects and monitoring by management
• Learning how to converse about tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Tableau, etc.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:

• Bachelor's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in banking, information systems, finance, business administration (degree max. 12 months old)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a willingness to take on responsibility
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification (a plus, not required)
