Tasks

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will have the opportunity to play an important role in the further development of Julius Baer's business and digital transformation by applying data science and machine learning to real banking challenges. You will work on end-to-end analytics projects, from ideation and exploratory analysis to model development, setup, and operation.

Requirements

For this position, we require:

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in AI, data science, statistics, mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related quantitative subject (degree max. 12 months old)
• Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets are advantageous.
• Passion for wealth management and the desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to learn
• Fluent English and German, with additional languages a plus
• Permission to work in the country you are applying for
