University Graduate – Machine Learning Engineer, Full-Time (f/m/d)

Your tasks

• Participate in the entire lifecycle of machine learning solutions, including development, deployment, and ongoing operations (MLOps), as well as the creation of analyses and statistics for our environments.
• Development and definition of AI/ML models that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
• Engineering using modern data infrastructure and tools, as well as improving data (e.g., implementing data tools) and datasets (ensuring efficient workflows).
• Evaluation and implementation of cloud services (preferably Azure Databricks, GCP, and AWS) for model pipelines and model deployment.
• Contributing to the development of applications with regard to transparency and accessibility.
• Training, deployment, and management of AI/ML assets using Self-Capacity architecture technology and on-premises solutions to develop new applications in collaboration with customers.
• Assisting with the development and operation of a virtual model by identifying best practices in analytics and machine learning, while helping the organization reduce its technological needs.
• Collaboration with experienced colleagues who support continuous learning and upskilling, as well as active collaboration with colleagues in areas such as artificial intelligence, database and data systems, and cloud computing technologies.

Your profile

• Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in AI, data science, statistics, mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related field (degree must have been earned no more than 12 months ago).
• Extensive practical experience in the financial industry, as well as expertise in development processes and financial markets, are a plus.
• A passion for data management and a drive to solve customer-related problems.
• A natural curiosity to find solutions, as well as the ability to act quickly, with curiosity and self-confidence.
• Fluency in English and German; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Work authorization in Switzerland, the country you are applying to.
• Willingness to accept job offers in another country, such as Singapore.
