Tasks

• Support in implementing and continuously optimizing the risk management framework to enable rapid, sustainable, and effective decision-making. This includes identifying and assessing risks, analyzing the risk inventory, and implementing appropriate controls.
• As the center of the financial and risk management portfolio: conducting financial analyses, modeling, valuation, and investment analyses. Responsible for financial planning and forecasting financial data, as well as for the growth and development of capital markets. In addition, providing operational or strategic support in the analysis of financial forecasts. Preparing financial reports for senior management, including quarterly and annual reports.
• Development, execution, and implementation of detailed risk management plans to mitigate financial risks. This includes identifying key risk factors, implementing controls, managing risks, and executing mitigation plans.
• Analyzing the market and identifying trends that could affect the business.
• Coordinate with senior management and the finance department to ensure that risk management is integrated into business operations.
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance-related requirements as well as internal policies.
• Management of risk programs and projects from initiation through completion.
• Promoting business growth through strategic risk management and effective risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences; academic degree in IT and technical management, engineering, or business administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT and technical management, engineering, or business administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
