Your challenge

Your responsibilities include:

• As an active member of a front-line team, respond to customer inquiries, manage service for existing customers, and build relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively support senior relationship managers in providing comprehensive asset management and investment solutions and generating trading ideas in collaboration with investment advisors and investment partners.
• Customize customer inquiries (reporting, statistics, mailings, etc.)
• Deepen your knowledge of financial markets and economic data to understand how they can influence these portfolios and products.
• Support team members in customer onboarding, risk management, operational follow-ups, and implementation of projects and initiatives
• Support senior relationship managers in all aspects of client wealth planning services related to wealth and estate planning issues
• Work towards building your own customer base through your own network and by deepening existing customer relationships.

Your profile

We are looking for a university graduate with:

• A background that ideally contributes to and/or complements our range of services and solutions
• High service orientation and passion for customer care
• Excellent situational adaptability (able to work with relationship managers and customers from different backgrounds)
• Fluent English or German; knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage
