Tasks

• Be an active member of a front-line team, respond to customer inquiries, manage service for existing customers, and build relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively support senior relationship managers in providing comprehensive wealth management and investment solutions, as well as in generating trading ideas in collaboration with investment advisors and investment partners
• Customize customer requests (reporting, statistics, mailings, etc.)
• Deepen your knowledge of financial markets and economic data to understand how they can influence portfolios and products.
• Support team members in client acquisition, risk management, operational follow-up, and the implementation of projects and initiatives
• Support senior relationship managers in all aspects of client wealth planning services related to wealth and estate planning issues
• Work on building your own client base through your own network and strengthening existing client relationships

Requirements

• Master’s degree and strong academic performance
• Very service-oriented and passionate about customer care
• Excellent ability to adapt to different situations (able to work with relationship managers and clients from diverse backgrounds)
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
