Your challenge

During the program, you will:

• Be an active member of the front-line team, respond to customer inquiries, manage service for existing customers, and build relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
• Support Relationship Managers (RM) and Relationship Manager Assistants (RMA) in their daily work to provide customers with proactive, high-quality service and respond promptly to customers and prospects.
• Deepen your knowledge of financial markets and economic data to understand how they can influence these portfolios and products.
• Learn about Julius Baer’s offerings and access its key research publications
• Gain an understanding of the bank’s various functions, including the front office, central file, compliance, credit, advisory, and discretionary portfolio mandates

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in finance and markets (degree max. 12 months old)
• Initial practical experience in a bank or the financial sector, along with technical and analytical skills
• Passion for wealth management and the desire to create value beyond wealth
