Your challenge

• Support the implementation of key transformation initiatives in the COO department
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive the program's implementation
• Analyze data, identify insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making
• Interact with stakeholders at various levels of the organization to support the program's goals
• Provide support in project planning, risk management, governance, and progress reporting
• Gain daily insights into a large-scale change program and develop expertise in implementing transformation initiatives

Your profile

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in business administration, banking and finance, management, or a related field (degree must have been earned no more than 12 months ago)
• Initial practical experience in business and IT transformation as well as program execution, with skills in stakeholder management and project governance
• A passion for wealth management and the desire to create value beyond mere wealth
