Tasks

As a graduate in the Platform Engineering team, you will be at the forefront of transforming how hundreds of developers in our banking division create and deploy applications. You will tackle real-world challenges that directly impact engineer productivity and developer experience:
  • Platform modernization and innovation: You will help modernize our platform capabilities, migrate legacy systems to cloud-native architectures, and maintain zero downtime for critical banking operations.
  • Developer experience revolution: Your mission is to make developers' lives easier. You will develop self-service capabilities, automation tools, and initiatives that enable application teams to focus on business value rather than infrastructure complexity.
  • Multilingual ecosystems: You will work on a polyglot codebase that includes Java, Python, Go, and Terraform, allowing you to learn different paradigms and build versatile engineering skills.
  • AI-powered platform engineering: You will be part of pioneering efforts to integrate AI into our platform offerings—from intelligent code generation and automated testing to intelligent resource optimization and predictive fault detection.

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:
  • Strong technical foundation: Strong academic performance (bachelor's or master's degree) in computer science or related disciplines, with practical experience in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Go, or similar) and a solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and version control systems.
  • Cloud and platform knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern infrastructure concepts, including containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform), with an interest in DevOps practices and automation.
  • Curiosity and continuous learning: Unwavering passion for technology with active participation in emerging tech trends, particularly in areas such as AI/ML, event-driven architectures, and platform engineering—demonstrated through personal projects, open-source contributions, hackathons, or self-directed learning.
  • Collaboration and growth potential: Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts, stability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, ownership mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit, and long-term interest in building a career in platform engineering and cloud infrastructure.
